Who we are
Keepers is a pilot operated by ITNas Ltd., a company registered in Bulgaria (EIK 208793733), with registered address at 6 Mihail Sarafov Street, Sukhata Reka, Poduyane District, 1505 Sofia, Bulgaria. We act as the data controller for the personal data collected through this website. You can contact us at atanas@evalda.io.
What this pilot is
A test with about 10 DJs over about 5 weeks. Each Friday we email you a short list of new releases with links to buy them on Beatport or Bandcamp, and ask which ones you bought. We don't buy music on your behalf, and we don't access your store accounts.

Your rekordbox XML is read in your browser. Only artist, title, label, BPM and key can leave your device, and only if you tick the box to send them. File paths and every other field are dropped before anything is sent.
We do not collect your store logins, your music files, your streaming history or the contents of your inbox.
Cookies and ads
We find pilot DJs through ads on [Meta / Instagram]. The page uses no cookies by default. If a Meta pixel is switched on, it loads only after you accept it in the cookie banner, and the form works either way. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage under keepers-cookie-consent; clear your site data to change it.
Who processes your data for us
- Google (Apps Script, Sheets and Drive): stores form submissions and, if you choose to send it, your track list
- Cloudflare: serves this page, and keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and time of request)
- [Email tool]: sends the weekly lists
- [Stripe / merchant of record]: the optional pre-sale
- Meta Platforms Ireland: ad measurement, only if you accept the pixel

Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time (GDPR Arts. 7 and 15–21). Email us and we'll reply within one month. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. You can also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg) or the data protection authority where you live.
Deletion
When the pilot ends, we delete your data within [3] months, except payment records we must keep by law. To have it deleted sooner, email us and we'll do it within [30] days.
Changes
If this notice changes in a way that affects you, we'll email you before the change takes effect.
